I have to admit to having a bit of a soft spot for cushions. Welcome Cupcake!

Strawberry Cupcake

The latest cupcakey item to go on my 'must have' list is this gorgeous Strawberry Cupcake vintage/shabby chic cushion designed by Vintage Style Home.  I love everything about it, especially how the cupcake seems to be framed by the pretty full blown roses.  The faded vintage pastel shades remind me of some of Martin Wiscombe's retro designs, which I also love, so it's no real surprise that I'm smitten! Available from Etsy for £6.99 + p&p.

I Heart Cupcakes!

You might have noticed that I not only love actual cupcakes, but love ALL things cupcakey. A girl can never have too many cupcakes, and the ones that you've made yourself are very often the best of all.  So, you can imagine how happy I am to have found this lovely package of embroidery patters to make more of my own 'all things cupcakey'!

The Ultimate Kitchen Furniture Accessory!

I never thought I'd be getting excited about kitchen furniture knobs, but... that was before I found these!

*Sigh*... how can I possibly resist this beautiful Martin Wiscombe 'Afternoon Tea' print?!  The fact that it's only £6.99 (including delivery!) from The Wiscombe Art Shop means that there isn't really a chance that I won't have my cupcakey hands on it very soon indeed!

Vintagey Cupcake Tins

Ooooh!

Despite looking yummy this cupcake isn't really a cupcake at all!  Believe it or not, this amazing confection has been handmade by Angela Andrews of Woolly Duck from felted Merino wool and natural fabric.  No wonder we've been fooled though, the level of detail is amazing - even the cake wrapper has been enhanced with fabric paint to give the appearance of sponge showing through!

As you know, Girls Love Cupcakes is always on the lookout for something just a little bit different.  And guess what?  Today we found it... stained glass cupcakey suncatchers!
