The one to read!
If you search Amazon for 'cupcakes' you'll find that there are 105 fiction books with cupcakes in the title. And although I wouldn't dream of telling you what to do, if you're going to read just one cupcakey book you should definitely make it this one! With an amazing average of 4.5 stars from a total of 50 reviews, chick-lit favourite Sophie Kinsella describes it as 'Sheer indulgence from start to finish'. It even has recipes, well, it sort of has recipes. When you read it you'll see what I mean!

I have to say i read this in the summer and it is an absolute smasher! a great novel just about trashy enough, and yet inspiring and written beautifully. i would recommend it to anyone - in fact it has already gone round several of my friends on the insistence that they MUST MUST MUST read it!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for taking the time to post your thoughts about Meet Me at the Cupcake Cafe, I loved it too. Also recommended by one of the Cupcake Lovelies is Chocolate wishes written by Trisha Ashley... definitely now on my 'to read'list!
